Norwood v Foxboro games RESCHEDULED

The Norwood v Foxboro games originally scheduled for April 22, have been rescheduled! The game will now be played:
U13: April 27, 6:00 PM, Oldham School, Norwood
U15: May 4, 6:00 PM, Callahan School, Norwood
U13 Westwood v Walpole RESCHEDULED

Franklin Panthers maul the Foxboro Warriors

It would appear that Franklin’s Panthers are already in mid-season form, taking on the Foxboro Warriors and handling both levels.

This was the big KP Franklin Rivalry and it as always it was a battle
The U15 game was Franklin 8 – KP 7
The game was back and forth all night and came right down to the last minute with Franklin taking the lead with 1:40 left KP got 2 more chance to tie in the last minute but came up just short.
The U13 Game was KP 6 – Franklin 2
As always this game was a battle with solid lacrosse played on both sides, KP controlled the tempo of the game
Wolverines break the Mustangs

It was a short trip there, but a long ride home for the Norwood Mustangs. The Westwood Wolverines were ready for Norwood’s players and took it to them at both levels.
The U13 Wolverines over the Mustangs, 10-5.
The U15 Wolverines beat the Mustangs in similar fashion… 11-5.
Foxboro v Mansfield U15 game rescheduled

The U15 game between Foxboro and Mansfield, originally scheduled for Friday 4/15, has been rescheduled. The new date and time are:
Foxboro v Mansfield U15, Wednesday, 4/27, Payson Road Field, Foxboro
Canton-Walpole U15 game time change

Please make note of a game time change for tonight’s game, Canton v Walpole.
Originally scheduled for 7:30, tonight’s game will begin at 6:30

The Canton U13 Bulldogs regret to inform the FNL lacrosse league that they are unable to field a team this year. As a result, the U13 level will incorporate a BYE into the schedule.
Games involving the U13 Bulldogs have been removed from the schedule.
The Rebels exterminate the Hornets

At the FNL season opener at Mansfield High School, on a cool and breezy evening, the Walpole sticks were tough to handle.
The Rebels U13 team took it to the Hornets in a 10-2 bout where the score doesn’t tell the real story of a hard fought game.
Later in the evening, the Rebels U15 team found a competitive Hornets U15 team. The Rebels marched away victorious in a 5-2 game.
